In a heartfelt Father’s Day Instagram post, Selena paid tribute to Ben Affleck despite reports that a divorce was imminent between Jennifer Lopez. She wrote “Our hero” on her Instagram Stories, along with a white heart emoticon. Sharing a photo of Affleck in the role of Capt. Rafe McCawley as Pearl Harbor.  She also added “Happy Father’s Day!” This is her first post on social media featuring the couple in months. This tribute comes after weeks of rumors that they were headed to splittsville. The $60 million mansion that they shared has been put up for sale. Affleck lives in Brentwood while Lopez stays in the house. In recent weeks sources have reported on their marital troubles. The two have maintained a united front by attending events for their children. Lopez has twin teenagers with her ex-husband Marc Anthony. Affleck shares three children with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

They began dating in 2001, while they were filming Gigli. She recently separated from the now disgraced hip hop mogul Sean “Diddy”. The media dubbed the couple as “Bennifer.” The tabloids dubbed the couple “Bennifer.”

In 2021, after an 18-year break, the pair reunited and made their red carpet debut in September. Both looked happy. Lopez, who is a serial dater, recently split with Alex Rodriguez. Both were engaged. Affleck and Lopez had been engaged since April 2022. A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas was the venue for their wedding on July 16, 2003, with only her twins present. Later, a larger ceremony took place at his Georgia estate. This is the same location where they planned their wedding in 2003.
