“Danny Trejo’s Fourth of July Festivities Take a Dangerous Turn!

Danny Trejo , a Los Angeles native actor, was caught on camera in the middle of a fight during an Independence Day Parade that took place in Sunland-Tujunga.

Witnesses claim Trejo was in a vintage convertible, when a parade-goer hurled an exploding water balloon his way.

In several videos posted on social media, Trejo, an 80-year-old man, is seen getting out of his car surrounded by parents and children, walking down the street, and then throwing a left hand hook at a guy who was under a tent.

The man knocked Trejo down, but quickly got back up and tried to hit someone else with a folding chairs.

Trejo was restrained after the video showed that several others were involved in the fight.

There are kids here! “There’s children here!” shouted one person. After the fists had stopped flying, the situation remained tense.

The Los Angeles Times reported that Sunland-Tujunga’s James Spishak said, “[Trejo] shoved women out of his way to get at those guys.” There were children there. It could have gotten ugly. “It would have never happened if the driver had stayed in his car.”

TMZ reported that law enforcement sources said the crowd dispersed as officers arrived. There were no arrests and there were no serious injuries reported.

Trejo has taken his acting career to new heights. The reformed criminal, who is known for portraying tough guys in films such as “Machete,” “From Dusk Till Dawn,” “Once Upon a Time in Mexico,” and other movies, has branched out into different fields.

He has also been recognized for his community service and is a frequent guest on KTLA 5 News. He is also a regular guest at KTLA 5 News.
